Dave has just completed our latest project - A garage conversion. Choosing Dave to do this job is the best decision we've made since we asked him to fit our kitchen last year. The garage has now been converted from a drab storage waste of space to a beautiful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and new combi boiler. We also have a lovely new toilet and ten spacious cupboards. Dave has also found enough space to include a garden storage shed with access from the garden. Great job Dave - here's looking forward to our next project.

We have used David on a number of different projects since we moved up from London. He fitted wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, fitted new doors both downstairs and upstairs, put in a new banister rail, made fitted cupboards with shelving in the sitting room alcoves, added 3 floor to ceiling units to the kitchen which match perfectly the existing units, fitted wardrobes in one of the bedrooms, and removed unsightly massive pipe covers replacing them with ones about one tenth the size freeing space in 2 of the bedrooms. All the work has been of an outstanding quality, and we can honestly say that, for any work we have done in the future we would rather wait until David can do it rather than use someone else.

Dave has recently transformed my tiny out of date kitchen into a proper kitchen complete with an island. Top notch job, we can now 'live' in the kitchen. So much space, great finishing touches too. Dave replaced all of the downstairs doors in our home. The sizing of the doors and frames where not of 'standard' size. Therefore Dave made new frames as well as altering the door sizes. He did such an amazing job. Dave then made bespoke floating shelves and cupboards in two of our alcoves. They look amazing. We where so impressed we have booked him to replace our spindle staircase. Would highly recommend Dave.

Dave has done several jobs for us, the latest being wood flooring throughout lounge and dining room. Dave started at 8 am and worked nonstop till 5-30 pm. The standard of work was first class, his attention to detail was excellent. The finished job was of the highest order. I throughly recommend D K Joinery. It has been a top job from start to finish! Dave went to great lengths to help me and my wife find the right doors, making several visits to our house after he'd finished work. Once we had decided, he went out of his way to fit our job in. When it came to fitting, he fitted 10 doors in only 2 days. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. We could not be happier with the results. My brother gave me the number of D K Joinery as he had used him to make a banister for a staircase and had done an excellent job! He had previously had an experience with a different joiner who had hung doors for him and had made a mess of them! D K Joinery hung 6 doors for us, all perfectly done and gave us advice on how and what to treat them with too. Excellent service, nice man & a good price! What we like about D K Joinery is their reliability and honesty. Dave is always there for the time and day arranged and he never stops. You get your monies worth and more! We've used him many times and every time he gave us a clear breakdown of costs and prices so we knew where our money was going. He always passes on a generous discount he gets from his trade accounts too which most joiner/builders keep for themselves. When he fitted our kitchen from Howdens he saved us a whopping £1,300.
